Privacy policy

This site does not set any cookies and does not use any audience-measurement tool installed on your browser. No consent banner is therefore displayed, and no third party receives your data.

Only two personal data processing activities are carried out: the contact form and the server's technical logs. They are described below.

Data controller

Fanao Solutions, whose details appear in the legal notice, represented by Victor Vaissié, Managing Director.

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed: the company does not fall into any of the cases making this appointment mandatory.

1. Contact form

Data collected. Name, company, phone number, email address, message content, and the origin of your enquiry.

Purpose. To respond to your enquiry and to follow up any resulting business relationship. The origin of your enquiry is used only to know through which channel you found us.

Legal basis. The company's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it (Article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation). You write to us on your own initiative: your consent is not required for us to reply to you, and no consent checkbox is presented to you.

Recipients. The company's director, alone. Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor transmitted to a third party, nor used for profiling purposes.

Retention period. Twelve months from the last exchange when the enquiry receives no follow-up. Three years from your last contact when a business relationship is established.

Transmission and storage. Your message is transmitted by a sending service hosted in France, then kept in the company's professional mailbox, hosted in France.

2. Technical logs

Data collected. The servers that deliver this site automatically record, for each page viewed, the IP address the request originated from, the date and time, the address of the page requested, the site the visit may have come from, and the browser type.

Purpose. To ensure the security and proper operation of the site, and to measure its traffic. This measurement is carried out manually, from these logs alone, and is limited to a number of visitors, a source, and a ranking of pages viewed. No individual profile is built, and no tracking of a visitor from one site to another is possible.

Legal basis. The company's legitimate interest in securing its site and knowing its traffic (Article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Recipients. The company's director, alone. These logs are not transmitted to any analytics provider.

Retention period. One year. Deletion is automatic at the end of this period.

Storage. In France, on the infrastructure described in the legal notice.

Data location

All the data mentioned above is stored within the European Union, in France.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data, as well as a right to portability.

Since the two processing activities described rest on legitimate interest, you also have a right to object: you can ask at any time that the processing of your data be stopped, for reasons relating to your particular situation.

These rights are exercised by simple request addressed to contact@fanao-solutions.com. A reply will be given within one month.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL – Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.

Changes

This policy may be changed to reflect a change to the site or to the applicable regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.
